A small vacation!

With Spring time in the air and chaos between Andrea and mine schedules, we took a small 5 day vacation that took us to nowhere. We started on Wednesday and took mom to Disneyland for her birthday. We met Robynne Bladh there in the mid-day. I could kick myself for not getting a picture of our favorite moment of the day. We were in line for Toy Story Mania. I looked to my left and I see this old woman. Not just old, decrepit, in one of those scooter things. She was totally silver haired, over weight (like can't walk on her own), had thick glasses, and dentures. Now why this is important to the image I have to give of this woman is what I saw next. She had a Bull ring. A huge, metal-head, bulky Bull ring in her nose. I did a double take. So I told Robynne and Andrea. Of course Robynne let out one of her loud laughs, but somehow kept it quiet. Andrea stood there in unbelief. So that was our moment of the day.
On Thursday, Andrea and I went to Magic Mt. The forecast for the day was partly cloudy around 70. We got there and it was totally cloudy, windy, and around 55! Andrea was freezing. However there was an upside. The park was empty. Have you ever walked onto Goliath, Scream, Tatsu, Deja Vu, or Batman and picked where you wanted to ride without any delay? That was our day. We stayed only 3 hours and rode everything, except X2 (2 hour wait), because twice. Some rides we were allowed to stay on and keep riding. Can you say "Awesome," and "Legen-Dary!"
Friday we went to Knott's. Totally lame park. Not that exciting. And Andrea wasn't feeling good. So we left to beat traffic.
I almost left out my Andrea moment of the week. On Sunday, we were getting ready for bed. I was brushing my teeth. Andrea had washed her face in the other bathroom. when she finished she comes in the our bathroom, puts the soap down and says, "I wash-ted me Fay-ace!," in the most deep, southern black-man voice you can image. I lost it. I turned to her and said, "When did you turn into a black-southern man?" Then she realized what she did. And the tears streamed as we laughed hard. We can official say that I have rubbed off on Andrea to the point she is acting like me. So not only is she "June-o'clock," but now she in "Wash-ted me Fay-ace!" girl! I love my wife.

So glad you found such a great person who compliments you so nicely! Seems like you guys get to go to amusement parks a lot. My house is a constant amusement park and full of the noise that goes with them:)
