Things to be thankful for:...

I have randomly gone over some thoughts about Thanksgiving and what it means, especially since the majority of Americans have forgotten the meaning of this wonderful holiday. Most just think it’s the day before “Black Friday,” while others think it’s an extra day to watch the NFL during week, and some think it’s that one day a year I am allowed to eat as much as possible and not feel fat or have others think that way of me. So here are a few simple things I am thankful for in my life, as that is what this holiday truly is about.

·         I have an excellent job that includes full health benefits and life insurance.

·         I have an amazing family that inspires and helps direct each other; a kind check and balances of the Orlando government.

·         I live in a home with a comfortable bed and modern conveniences, and food to eat.

·         I have a car that runs like a champ, not to mention it is spacious and roomy inside.

·         I have the full and everlasting gospel of Jesus Christ in my life and I know it’s true.

·         I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

·         I have a temple that is conveniently located.

·         I have several talents that I can’t even begin to number.

·         I am a college graduate, and am full of knowledge; both useful and non-useful.

·         I live in America.

·         “Thank you Lord Baby Jesus for my RED HOT smokin’ wife!” that I am sealed to for time and all eternity.

These are simple things, and I can go on and on. I wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving.
