While on my average drive to work in the darkness of the early morning, where no street lights appear but at a major cross street, I once again killed an innocent animal. Not purposely, or with disregard for its life. I was driving like normal of Sheep Creek road, a street that smells of the dairy farm that is on it, and I saw a rabbit bookin' it across the street right in front of me, but I didn't see the collie chasing the rabbit. I hit the rabbit on the passenger side, taking a chip out of my front bumper, shattering that side of the undercarriage, and knocking out my left headlight and blinker. The collie ...well, that poor dog shattered my rest of my bumper, took care of the rest of the undercarriage, shifted my radiator which shifted my hood, dented my muffler, and messed up my transmission. Both animals broke the siding under the doors. So lets just say it was $2000 worth of damage to the car. Both animals where sadly killed. My insurance wanted to go after the owner of the dog, but I didn't stop to find out that info.
Now I am stuck at home cause I have no money to rent a car, thanks to wonderful tax season, and am using the vacation time I had scheduled to use for my honeymoon. I am just a bit upset. I haven't told Andrea that the vacation I am using was the honeymoon time yet. I am kinda fearful to do so. The dragon within her may come unleashed! Whats a vacation when you are stuck at home. Although I did put the Princess Bride on my iPod, so we can watch it while standing in line at Disneyland!

When are you going to Disneyland? I am sorry to hear about this unfortunately event. I would hope that Andrea will understand your dilema. Hey who knows, maybe you'll get a new job and get a new vacation to spend for your honeymoon. :) or this promotion you may get will give you more time of vacation?? good luck
