Have you ever read Dr. Seuss's book about Mr. Brown? Well it's a funny one that you can read really fast and has to do with all the sounds Mr. Brown can imitate. And since I work for "Brown," I found this book and made an object lesson in my meeting with my employees that I have everyday before they start work. It went really simple. They of course laughed at me...what would that be if they weren't laughing at me for reading Dr. Seuss. The main point was that Mr. Brown could multi-task. He was able to imitate all these sounds while working at the same time. Therefore, my employees should be able to talk and joke around with eachother while working, not one or the other. A happy workplace is better for everyone. They all got the hint and worked their little bums off today. I went and had one on one conversations with them regarding their personal performances and helped them see a bit more of how I do care about their performance and the performance of the team as a whole (39 employees). This is just something I do once a week at my job. And to end the conversations with each I gave them a hand full of Wonka's Everlasting Gobbstoppers. Now...how do your bosses treat you?
Andrea has not truly let me know what wedding style we are going to have yet.
So everyone pray for Celtic/Scottish!
Now remember, remember the importance of a Temple Marriage...it's the Sealing. It's time and all eternity. Something you pray about. Something the Lord will truly give you an answer to when you are listening as to whether it is right or wrong. And once you are in that bond the Lord has approved Satan will fight to break it apart be using selfish actions of your own doing. If only some people saw the destructive nature of divorce and how it effects an eternal family! Get a head check!
