With all the fires going on around me, not as much as my siblings, but it has effected my jobs. My UPS job functions on a small window of time to work in, and complete that to it's fullest. Well with freeways opening then closing, then opening, and then closing over and over in a vicious cycle... it was hard to have a successful day. I wanted to pull my hair out. Adding to this menacing time, I am training a new supervisor who can't multiple to save his life. What's 61 times 20? (tick tock, tick tock) Uhhh...640? Wrong, it's 1220, but good try there Skippy. Now the dishonest persons that come out in times of natural disasters tick me off. A lot of my UPS employees and drivers called out for various reasons. My favorite though was a wiener crew member's call in. She actually tried to tell me that she had to help a friend evacuate Lake L.A. due to the fires, cause it jumped over the 14 freeway and was heading her friend's way. Well I about died laughing. One reason, she obviously didn't know where Lake L.A. was. Two, I told her to impossibility of that situation. Three, she stilled tried to lie about it. And lastly, she was convinced that it was needed. Why are people so retarded?
I got Andrea's ring today. It's so beautiful and definitely her. So there's a good part of my day. Another great part was the new Coheed album was released, which is awesome-ness! Meet the Robinsons came out on DVD, and that's one for my collection. I also picked up the Across The Universe soundtrack, and it also awesome-ness! In conclusion, my day was a trashcan full of poop, but ended with finding new treasures!
